This Privacy Policy explains how Influx Marketing Group OU (“Influx,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and our technology partner, Audience AI, collect, use, and share your personal information when you visit badlandsprorodeos.org, use our services, or interact with us.

- Contributors (events, circuits, or other partners) may submit content. Contributors are responsible for having rights to their submissions and for legal compliance. We may remove content that violates our policies, Mediavine’s policies, or the law.
International data transfers. Your information may be processed outside your country (including the EU/EEA and the United States). Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses).
